OFEC Mixed Doubles- Masters Series 2026- October

Registration Fee: Rm120 per team

1. Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the tournament rules at any time. if such changes are made they will be communicated via email and WhatsApp

2. Category Qualification Criteria
a) For the purposes of this category, to qualify, one partner must be currently male, assigned male at birth, and identified as male on their birth certificate. The other partner must be currently female, assigned female at birth, and identified as female on their birth certificate.

b) You must be 50 years of age and above in this calendar year (2026)

c) Other criteria are listed in the full Ts & Cs provided below

3. Please ensure DUPR is updated as info will only be collected for Seeding during Round Robin stage

4. The organiser has the right to remove any team or player from the tournament who does not make payment.

5. This competition is open for Locals and Malaysian Permit Holders.

6. If player wants to dropout after the registration, there will be no refund unless there is a replacement and this is solely on the organisers discretion

7. You understand pictures or video may be taken during the tournament in which you may feature and grant your permission for the organiser to use this solely for the purpose of reporting on or promoting this and future tournaments.

8. You understand that the organiser (LinkedUp Asia) will retain the data submitted in this form and will not share it with 3rd parties unless legally compelled to do so. You grant the organiser permission to use this data to communicate with you about this tournament and other pickleball related matters in the future.

9. You agree to display sportsperson like conduct at all times while competing. This includes but is not limited to; not using profanities on court, not being rude to officials, displaying good court etiquette such as not kicking or stamping on balls, not throwing balls or paddles in anger.

10. The organiser has a "no ambush marketing policy". Any competitor that becomes involved in an attempt at ambush marketing targeting this event, (either intentionally or inadvertently) will agree to remove offending clothing or other such branded items at the request of the organiser. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the tournament. For clarity branded or sponsored apparel that the organiser deems does not materially impact the on site branding of the official sponsor will be allowed.

11. I confirm that I have read and accept the FULL terms and conditions that are additional to the terms in the form.

12. I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any known physical condition that could pose a risk to my health while participating in this tournament. I understand and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the event. I hereby release the organiser, its affiliates, and associates from any liability for any injury, illness, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in this tournament.

13. Any dropouts from the tournament after the registration will NOT be refunded

I have read the rules and confirm I will abide by them. By registering to play in the event, I accept full liability for my personal wellbeing during the tournament. I accept that I am fully responsible for ensuring I am of suitable physical fitness to play and that the facilities provided are safe and adequately maintained and will not hold the organiser liable for any death or injury that occurs as a result of my participation.
